I am Tanner Wortham.

I have over 15 years of experience in software development, team coaching, professional coaching, and team dynamics. I began as an intelligence operative and martial arts instructor for the U.S. Marine Corps and saw something special in the freewheeling nature of Silicon Valley startups. I’ve also spent time understanding and working with large, multi-billion companies with hierarchical structures and legacy teams and code. This breadth of knowledge gives me a unique take on high-performing teams and how to scale them across any organization. I change the trajectory of organizations, the minds of the people who work for them, and reinvigorate the ways teams interact and get the work done.

I refined my coaching style through the world-class curriculum at the Co-Active Training Institute and am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. I’m also certified through the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, and Certified Product Owner, and I obtained my Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2011. Finally, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn effective leadership by working for legendary Marines like John Mattis and tech leaders like Jeff Weiner.
